Eligibility Criteria

Option 1:

  • No previous social standards practice experience. This also applies to persons in leadership roles in project environment.
  • Completion Certificate (Track A or B)
  • Basic Project management knowledge

Option 2:

  • Non degree holders with practical experience and TRACK-A

Candidates for both options are expected to possess the ability to make informed and sound judgement

Examination
  • Designed to assess competence based on the Certification Level Scheme (CLS) via an online platform.
  • Ensure comparability of results in content and difficulty, and the validity of fail/pass decisions.
  • Procedures established for consistent examination administration, including documented criteria for administering exams.
  • Technical equipment used in exams to be verified or calibrated as needed; online platform includes anti-fraud measures.
  • Documented and implemented methodologies and procedures (e.g., statistical data collection) to ensure fairness, validity, reliability, and performance of examinations.
  • Questions randomly drawn from a question bank developed from the Minimum Professional Competency Benchmark Standards (MPCBS).
  • Examinations delivered through a purpose-built technology platform hosted on a portal and accessible via web.

    4. Do I have to take the test at a testing center, or can it be done remotely (at home)?

    The test can be taken remotely from the comfort of your home or office. Our system supports secure online exams with real-time proctoring to ensure the integrity of the certification process.

    5. How to schedule the exam?

    You can schedule your exam through the certification portal. The Certification administrator will approve and schedule a date and a time for your exam.

    6. How long does it take to receive my Certificate?

    Once you have successfully passed the exam, your digital certificate will be issued within 5-7 business days depending on internal processes. A physical copy can be mailed to you upon request.

    7. How can I prepare for the test?

    We provide a range of study materials, including practice exams, video lectures, and reading materials, available through the portal. It's recommended to review these resources thoroughly before taking the test.

    8. What is the certification Validity?

    The certification is valid for three years from the date of issuance.

    9. What is the renewal process?

    To renew your certification, you must either retake the certification exam or complete a specified number of Continuing Education Units (CEUs) within the certification's validity period.

    10. Am I required to complete Continuing Education Units (CEU) for renewal?

    Yes, completing CEUs is one of the options for renewing your certification. You will need to earn a certain number of CEUs to be eligible for renewal without retaking the exam.
